Exploring Emotions and Energy with the Elements by Helen Buron:

During this time of heightened emotions, stress, energy, and unknown, we’ll use the elements to help us explore the quality of the emotions we are feeling in our bodies and give our energy a creative outlet through grounding meditation, breathwork, ceremony, and connection. No meditation or ceremony experience necessary and all beliefs welcome.
