In this breathwork circle, we will be using the breath to clear out the distractions, the old, the stagnant, the layers, the emotions, and the energy that may be blocking or dimming or preventing or skewing the truth and beautify of our expression, our desires, and our hearts.
Reiki is a gentle, light touch healing modality that translates to “Universal Life Energy”. The purifying energy of Reiki goes where it needs to within the body to balance, soothe, calm, and nurture your cells, nervous system, body, mind, and spirit. Paired with Restorative Yoga, it helps you sink deeper into a relaxed, meditative, peaceful space where the body and mind can rest and rejuvenate.
Heather will guide you in a gentle movement and meditation practice, then we will come to rest in supported restorative yoga postures to receive Reiki healing from Helen.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels, no yoga or Reiki experience required! Bring a mat if you have one!

Heather Fisher is the proud owner of Core Pilates and Yoga. She is trained in Yoga, Pilates, and many other fitness modalities, as well as being an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Heather’s style is intuitive and focused, and she coaches her clients to a deeper awareness of movement and strength, moving beyond functional training and toward integration and awareness of the whole body.
Inherent in a breathwork circle is self-care (!), but we will also explore what your body, mind, and spirit are needing to carry the self-love and self-care you cultivate during the breathwork back into your daily life. What is showing up for you in your life right now? What lessons is life trying to teach you? What challenges and struggles are you experiencing? What does your heart need? How do you want to show up for others and for yourself? What are you ready to call into your life now? Let's breathe into it, release it, feel it, heal it, express it, create it, be it. Inhale, inhale, exhale. For you.
A personal journey in a collective experience, breathwork in a group is one of the most powerful healing experiences. Using the power of your own breath, you tap into the soft, tender, hurting, prickly, stuck, blocked, numb, tired, fed-the-f-up, joyful, sad, abandoned, stale, dark, heavy, light, bright, creative, genius, wise parts of yourself. And the whole time you are safe and you are held in your nest of blankets by the earth, by the other breathers in the room, and by me, so your experience can be witnessed, valued, and honored. Come tune in to your innate ability to heal yourself!
An evening of drumming, breathing, meditation, and merriment!
Are you craving green, grounding, groovin’, and growth? Come drum with us for the flowers, forests, fairies, the flora and fauna! We’ll use the beat of our drums to celebrate our community of women, May Day, and the Celtic holiday Beltaine with a little breathing, journaling, poetry, a guided meditation, and much merriment. No experience with drumming or meditation necessary!
Time to check in with yourself! As we reach the end of the month and get close to the full moon arriving on Sunday, how are things going for you? In this circle, we'll be checking in to all of those curves, edges, sticky spots, expansive places within ourselves. With the breath, we'll let go of any heavy burdens so we can move into the next month and next phase of the moon cycle feeling lighter and brighter.
