Well, we’ve been through a whole lot of change the last couple months, haven’t we? With change and transition, there are a whole bunch of feels that come with it. Especially grief. Sadness for what once was, what we wish there would’ve been, and maybe even the revisit of some loss we’ve already grieved appearing for more witnessing. In this virtual group, we’ll set aside time to allow ourselves to feel it all and we’ll provide a container where grief is allowed out in the open.
As we navigate this current death-life-death cycle we are in, we dedicate this group to whatever shape, color, texture, or story your grief is right now, whether you’ve experienced a recent loss of some kind or whether your grief has been with you a long while. Come tend to your heart.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a self-healing modality that uses the breath as a catalyst for releasing, processing, expansion, and transformation. The rhythmic pattern of the pranayama breath with two inhales and one exhale becomes an active meditation, giving our beautiful and busy minds something to focus on so we may sink into our intuitive, feeling, and expressive bodies. In this group circle, you will be surrounded in a supportive nest by other brave breathers. As your space holder and guide, I will gently lead you into the breath and into the deepest parts of yourself using affirmations, essential oils, energy healing, and a sound track of music made special for our evening together.

WHAT TO BRING: you’ll be lying down to breathe, so set up your space with blankets, a yoga mat, and dress warm… whatever makes you feel like you'll be held in your own personal nest. If you have essential oils, you can pull some scents out. If you like to light candles, have an eye pillow, or hold stones while you breathe, gathering these ahead of time would be perfect.
WHERE WE'LL BE: we’ll be meeting via Zoom, so you’ll be in the comfort of your own home. Find a quiet place where you can lay down for the breathwork. We’ll start with a guided grounding meditation and a short share, so feel free to start in a seated position for that.
