Rituals:
In the fluidity of life where the only constant is change, it is important to take pause and honor the transitional moments, big and small. This allows the body to feel seen, heard, and held in compassion before moving on to the next phase.
Perhaps you're letting go of a dream, a person, or a childhood home. Maybe you're going on a life-changing trip or adventure, getting married, having a birthday, birthing a baby, closing a chapter, or completing a project.
Rituals are powerful, simple, and beautiful ways to pay tribute to these moments. To celebrate, give witness to, release, embrace, let go, welcome, love up.
As a lover of ritual and healing arts, I can lead you through a ceremony unique to you. Let me know if I can be of service during your transition.
Circles:
The cycles of our earth and sky give us built in moments of going inward and returning to our homeplace. Each month, the new moon steps back from being seen in the sky and, in doing so, invites us to do the same. It's a great time to reflect on what's not working for you anymore and what new intentions you would like to set for the month ahead. As the moon wanes, it's a perfect opportunity to shed and honor those things we are letting go.
Circles provide a safe, judgement-free, sacred space for sharing, reflecting, connecting, and just being.
